Shanna’s career has been defined by a myriad of experiences in Corporate America.  Prior to joining the team at OakStar Funding LLC, she worked primarily in the Telecom and Cable industries where she received numerous awards for successes in various Fleet Services, Product Management, Finance, and Human Resource Analytics roles.  A lifelong learner, she has attended hundreds of industry and leadership courses and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and an ATM certification (Analytics for Talent Management) from the Human Capital Institute.

 

Shanna spent many years as a volunteer in service of non-profits where she was fund-raising director on the board for a large Youth Sports organization and later spent 9 years as the fund-raising manager for a local high school baseball program.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, dancing, and riding on the back of their Harley Davidson with her husband.

 

Shanna is hardworking, righteous, and fiercely independent.  She is convinced that a successful life needs to be tough and that satisfaction must be earned and re-earned.  As part of the OakStar team, she is excited to be leading the Operations team and translating her passion for hard work and success into the thrill of joining our clients on their home-ownership journeys.
